OLEKSANDR SHPAK

Ukrainian born, Oleksandr Shpak, started dancing at a young age. His ballet training took him from the Kahrkov Ballet School in the Ukraine to the State Ballet School in Perm and then on to the John Cranko Ballet School in Stuttgart, which he graduated in 2007. From 2007 to 2023 Oleksandr was a member of the Staatsballett Berlin. He is part of the founding team of the Berlin Tanz Kompanie for which, in addition to dancing, also increasingly takes on management tasks.

During his time at the Staatsballett Berlin, Oleksandr had the opportunity to work with numerous well-known choreographers, which has now motivated him to set up his own company.
